Rallying under the theme 'working towards a better future for girls and boys through promoting and fulfilling their rights', Plan Zimbabwe works to:

• make the health of every mother and child count
• reduce vulnerability to HIV and AIDS
• fulfill the right to quality education for all children
• help households to produce and earn enough money to support themselves
• keep children safe and fully involved in development.

These programmes are being implemented in all of the 7 programme units that Plan works in: Chiredzi, Chipinge, Bulawayo, Kwekwe, Mutare, Mutasa and Harare.

Our success in these programmes is rooted in strong advocacy and lobbying, capacity building and empowerment, and working through networks and partnerships.
