The 2024 Girls' Leadership Index Report
The 2024 Girls' Leadership Index offers a critical examination of the progress and challenges facing girls and young women across the Asia-Pacific region.
A career with us offers interesting and varied international experiences in roles with competitive rewards and benefits.
People working with Plan International enjoy a range of benefits. Our intention is that individuals feel truly valued and are able to fully contribute to the organisation’s exciting strategy and purpose.
We ensure our reward packages are competitive and are also reflective of the country contexts and markets in which our roles are based. With many of our career opportunities offering international assignments, with exposure to different countries and cultures, it is important that staff are appropriately rewarded for the roles they perform and the challenges they meet.
In addition to a competitive base salary, we aim to ensure staff are recognised for their contribution to Plan International’s success and to our purpose of advancing children’s rights and equality for girls.
While many working with us have the opportunity to experience at first-hand our work in a wide range of countries, we also provide learning and development opportunities through our Plan Academy framework.
We continually look at ways we can further enable people working with us to gain experience and exposure within Plan International, encouraging them to be pro-active and creative in their career aspirations. You can train to become one of our Plan Academy Facilitators or take one of our many courses. We encourage all to embrace opportunities which arise offering additional challenge and a sense of achievement. Examples of this would be cross-organisational or cross-regional project work, secondment opportunities or other activities which offer enhanced responsibilities within an existing role.
