Notice for auction of used vehicles

Plan International Nepal, Country Office, invites sealed bids for the auction sale of the following used vehicles on an “As Is, Where Is” basis:

Four-Wheeler: 1 Unit

Two-Wheelers: 20 Units

Vehicle inspection:
Interested bidders are invited to inspect the vehicles from 9th May to 20th May 2025 (Monday to Friday only), between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the respective Plan International Nepal offices where the vehicles are currently located, except public holidays.

Who may bid:
Bids are open to individuals, firms, or companies.

How to Participate:
Bid documents may be:

  • Plan International Nepal Country Office, Lalitpur
  • Regional Office East, Janakpur
  • Regional Office West, Surkhet

All interested bidders must complete the Annex Form included in the bid documents.
