Overview

Making girls' rights and lives headline news

Girls’ lives - their challenges and their successes - deserve to be front page news, but too often they are invisible and unheard. The Girls’ Rights Gazette is dedicated to highlighting the realities girls around the world face in the pursuit of their rights, as well as demonstrating the transformative power of girls and women as drivers of change and development.

The 2017 issue features articles and interviews with girl advocates themselves, as well as EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, UN Deputy Secretary General Amina Mohammed and European Commissioner Neven Mimica, among others.
