The 260,205 Journeys: One Shared Commitment report reflects the collective efforts of communities, partners, sponsors and donors working together to advance children’s rights and wellbeing across Vietnam.

During the 2024–2025 financial year, Plan International Vietnam supported 260,205 children and young people across 588 communities, through programmes focused on inclusive education, child protection, youth economic empowerment, gender equality, climate resilience and humanitarian response. Behind every figure is a real story — of a girl finding her voice, a young person securing decent work, or a community rebuilding after crisis.

By combining data, evidence and human stories, this report shows how shared commitment and long-term partnership can create meaningful, lasting change for children — especially girls — and the communities they live in.
