Country Director, Ingrid Kuhfeldt

For the last 14 years Ingrid Kuhfeldt has dedicated her career to development work, her efforts focused primarily on children.

Previously, she worked for several years in the private and higher education sector, where her focus was mainly on organisational development and promotion of entrepreneurial spirit. She then joined Plan Colombia in 1995. She went on to work in Plan Honduras as country director before joining Plan Guinea-Bissau in 2005.

Whilst her academic background is business management specialising in tourism, she is committed to child participation through the creation of new places where they can express themselves through meaningful art and media to campaign for their rights.
