About Plan in Uganda
People who are poor are vulnerable to having their rights abused. They are unaware of these rights and unable to seek redress. This is compounded when they are directly or indirectly affected by HIV. Alternative dispute resolution methodology involves resolving disputes without going to the courts of law to promote observance of rights and foster reconciliation.
