Plan Mali

Plan has been operating in Mali since 1976, helping poor children to access their rights to health, education, protection and livelihoods.

We work to bring long lasting improvements to children’s lives in 292 communities in the country.

Currently, Plan Mali is focusing on using the ’positive deviance’ approach to rehabilitating malnourished children in rural communities. This involves educating mothers on how to prepare nutritious meals for their children with the limited range of food they have available to them.
