Plan has been working in Egypt since 1981, helping poor children to access their rights to health, education and protection.

Plan Egypt ensures that children and their communities play a key role in planning, implementing and evaluating the development projects done with and for them.

We are currently implementing a TV show called Esmaouna, which is being broadcast nationwide. Esmaouna aims to increase awareness about child rights and children’s responsibilities towards society. The content and format of the programme, which recently won an award, is being developed by children.
