Where we work in Pakistan

Plan International Pakistan’s operations commenced in 1997 and the organisation currently implements programmes and campaigns in 24 districts in 5 provinces of Pakistan using the Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) approach. These include the districts of Chakwal, Vehari, Rajanpur, Layyah, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Muzaffargarh in Punjab; Chitral, Mardan, Peshawer  and Nowshera in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; Thatta, Ghotki, Saanghar, Badin, and Khairpur in Sindh; Islamabad Federal area, 5 districts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Neelum valley in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Plan International Pakistan’s Country Office is in Islamabad, and Project Units (PUs) in Vehari, Thatta, Umerkot, and an Urban Programme Unit in Islamabad. Plan Pakistan maintains a Project Support Office in Multan, along with project offices in Lahore, Mardan, Muzzaffargarh, Layyah, Bahawalpur and Rajanpur.
