Six girls from different countries talk about their experiences of sexual violence in and around school. Produced, and at times filmed by other young people, this film is an honest and intimate look at school related gender based violence.

The film focuses on girls born in the year 2000 as part of series "Millennium Children" that looks at how the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) have benefited or failed them.

As we reach the end date of the MDGs and set out new targets, young people from across the globe conclude that school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) is destroying girls' education and that the issue needs to be addressed - fast.

SRGBV limits enrolment, undermines participation, and increases dropout rates due to fear of violence and underage pregnancy. Girls should not have to live in fear. Let them learn and achieve their dreams.
