Join us to learn about the status of official statistical data in the region on Gender-Based Violence, Forced Child and Adolescent Pregnancy, and Forced Marriages and Unions, identifying the potentials that exist but also the information gaps and their consequences. This is done through the Observatory: "Reality of Girls", an initiative of Plan's Regional Office in Latin America and the Caribbean and Fundación Plan in Colombia, which aims to collect, organize and systematize official information from 13 countries.

The observatory is a virtual platform of evidence that allows the analysis of data on the situation of girls, compiling so far information from 79 official sources that feed 159 indicators with more than 1 million records.

Date: October 11th 2021
