Some of her tasks are to liaise with external providers, to maintain and enter monthly payroll data and update payroll records. Additionally, she undertakes other HR administrative tasks and related policy development as requested by the Head of Office, to ensure timely payment and to check the staff expenses. She also supports Plan International’s Headquarters in preparing accounts by providing information and answering queries as needed, which contributes to the preparation of the office’s annual budget and budget forecasts, as well as any project budgets as necessary. Besides, being responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the office systems, she also takes care of all logistics and travel bookings and making sure they are in compliance with Plan International’s rules.
Neith has a University degree in Accountancy, a Master in Administration and a Master in International Politics. She was born in Veracruz, México and arrived to Brussels in 2004.
She has been part of the Plan International family since January 2016, when she started working for Plan International Belgium as part of the Finance and Administration department.
