Pauline Dupuis

Partnership Officer

Pauline joined the Plan EU Office as a Partnership Officer in January 2021. She supports the Partnership Team in implementing the Partnership/Funding strategy by strengthening the internal coordination process for funding opportunities across the organisation and by acting as a reference desk for the implementation and management of projects funded by INTPA, ECHO and NEAR.

She was previously working within Oxfam International’s Institutional Funding team as an EU Partnership Assistant at the EU office in Brussels, focusing on Oxfam’s partnership with the EU (ECHO, INTPA, NEAR) and the UN (WFP, UNHCR, OCHA, UNICEF).

Prior to that, Pauline was a Blue Book trainee within ECHO’s Humanitarian Aid Policy Unit, working mostly on the humanitarian-development nexus, protection, disability-inclusion and education in emergencies. She was previously an intern at UNHCR in London and at the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm.

Pauline holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development & Political Science and a Master’s degree in Law & Sociology from Lund University (Sweden). She has a strong interest in women’s rights and migration.
