Meet Luceli, 22, a former sponsored child from El Salvador who now runs her own bakery. She started her business after attending a cookery training course run through Plan International's youth entrepreneur project.
Her whole family have since become involved in the business which employs 2 young women from the local community and provides bread to local shops to sell.
Luceli is using the money she earns to continue funding her own studies, as well as her brother's education costs.
"I think that all young people can do good things and achieve their goals if they work hard and persist," says Luceli. "I can visualise my business growing, selling to more stores and more young people working. I want to have my own cafe and bakery."
