Plan Sri Lanka

Plan has been operating in Sri Lanka since 1980, helping poor children to access their rights to health, education, livelihood and protection.

We work with more than 24,000 children, along with their families and communities, in 8 districts.

Sri Lanka faces challenges such as recovery from the 2004 tsunami, as well as ongoing political difficulties. We offer assistance through a Child Centred Community Development approach, where we work with children and their communities to identify problems and implement solutions.
