We work in the country’s 4 poorest departments: 

Caaguazú

Plan works with more than 6,770 sponsored children in 135 communities across 5 districts in the Caaguazú department. Around 350 community volunteers help develop activities, improve the environment and fulfil child rights. 

Guairá

We work with around 5,590 sponsored children in 87 communities across 4 districts in the Guairá department. More than 400 community volunteers support our programmes. 

Paraguarí

 Plan works with 6.100 sponsored children in 109 communities across the Paraguarí department. Around 300 community volunteers support our work. 

San Pedro

Plan works with 5,900 sponsored children in 140 communities across 4 districts in San Pedro department. More than 400 community volunteers work to fulfil child rights.
