Twenty-two teenage tsunami survivors with no previous acting experience channelled their energy into a Bollywood-inspired theatre production that garnered accolades at home and abroad. For them, the theatre became therapy.
Plan has been operating in Sri Lanka since 1980, helping poor children to access their rights to health, education, livelihood and protection.
Across four countries in Asia, Plan supported more than 1 million tsunami survivors through immediate relief and long-term recovery projects.
Plan continues to work for child rights in 48 countries worldwide. Please support our work »
