Celebrity chef throws spotlight on West Africa food crisis
31 July 2012: Join celebrity chef Manu Feildel as he travels with Plan Australia to Niger to see our West Africa food crisis response.
The French chef, who has featured in a number of Australian cooking television shows, wanted to highlight and learn about the food crisis, which has left some 18 million people across West Africa at risk.
Watch the video to see Manu visit a Plan-supported malnutrition centre in Tillabéri, where critically ill babies are admitted with their mothers and supported through the recovery process.
