This report is a global overview of Plan’s development programmes during 2007-2008. It reviews the Country Programme Progress Reports prepared by 49 programme countries, as well as analysis of selected evaluations and relevant strategic documentation. The report highlights Plan’s progress against key benchmarks as well as lessons learnt.
