Millions of children registered, the launch of a new global campaign to end violence in schools and a return to Hong Kong are some of the highlights in Plan's worldwide annual review and accounts 2009.
The review sets out Plan's progress towards our vision and mission between July 2008 and June 2009 and focuses on how Plan's partnerships have helped to improve children's lives across the world.
Despite the difficult economic climate, Plan’s income stood at €468,000,000 - a decline of just 1% on last year - while our expenditure on programmes rose 2% on last year to €348,000,000.
